Rescheduled my father's appointment, went today and they didn't have an appointment for him. They said you had an appointment in July that you didn't show up for. NO, I Rescheduled the appointment! I hate this office!!

While Dr Listhaus may be a good Dr., his office runs significantly behind schedule. I've taken a friend to his office 3 times. For a 10 minute visit/procedure, we have waited ~ 70-80 minutes. Today, we had a 9:15 am appointment and didn't leave his office until 11:00 am. He needs to fix this problem or he'll lose clients.

The worst and most disorganized doctor's office. They still use paper charts which slows down the entire process. Be prepared to waste hours sitting in their waiting room with HGTV blaring. 😡 There is zero consideration for their patients' time.

I was kicked out of this practice in the middle of treatment by the billing team. They decided that my questions about the charges were too complicated for them to deal with. I was treated by Dr. L for at least 8 years and had NO problem paying for his expertise. His billing team continued to bully me to pay bills they couldn't explain, and told me they COULD NOT SEE ME, if I didn't pay. They reported to the Doctor it was me missing appoints, no shows.... (NOT TRUE). When your eye is being treated to prevent blindness, it is safe to say you adhere to your appointments. Anyway, I miss Dr. L, but I am being treated by a great expert who is fantastic, so now it is time to report Dr. L horrible billing team who I have heard, many left or were kicked out by them. thank you

I am 79 yo and have "Wet AMD". Treatment requires 3 monthly injections into the eyeball, which I anticipated with a high degree of anxiety. Dr. Listhaus is expert in every way in administering the injections and his calming "bedside manner". I wouldn't trust anyone else with care for my vision. I admire his collection of bow ties, too.

Visit was very good. Didn't have to wait long. Dr.Listhaus is very professional and pleasant.

Dr Listhaus may have saved my life. I experienced a temporary blindness and he alerted me to contact my GP immediately. His depth of knowledge and friendly demeanor set me on the path to better health.

I have been working with Dr. Listhaus since 2002 as a result of a detached retina in my left eye. The level of care is consistently excellent and his entire staff is friendly and caring. I have total faith in Dr. Listhaus to manage my ongoing retina issues.

I've been a patient of Dr. Listhaus for several years. On my first visit he immediately corrected a retinal tear, and I've had no problems since. He definitely save my sight in that eye. He's very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. He takes time to answer questions and give explanations. I definitely recommend him.
