Doctor Kersey-McMullen seen me earlier than my appointment time. But seemed to be in a hurry. Forgot to ask about the other issues i was having besides the main issue i went in to see her about. She was out of the room before i even had any of my bracing back on.

Dr. Kersey was a thoughtful and attentive listener to my tale of woe and pain recently. And she was able to provide me with a care plan to give me hope of pain reduction moving forward. That's about all a patient can expect from a physician after their very first visit. I am very grateful.

Dr Kersey-McMullen is extremely knowledgeable and good at her job. I feel like I’m getting the best medical care that I can in that office, and for that I am grateful. The reception and nursing staff in the office are top notch. As a critical review however, 4 stars is appropriate — due to the doctor’s chilly demeanor and intermittent condescending comments made during several appointments. Not enough to cause me to want to find a different doctor or lose sleep over it, but an area for improvement.

Dr. Kersey was condescending. She talked down to me, not like one adult to another. I felt that because I don't have a medical degree that my opinion didn't count when considering my request to have my temporary feeding tube removed.
