Doctor Kim is the most kind and caring doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. He really cares about you, and your well being. He is sadly no longer in my area, I miss him so much!

I've been very fortunate to have been a patient of Dr. Kim's for approximately 8 years and I really hate that he is leaving. I hope the next doctor I see will be at least half as good as he's been. I followed Dr. Kim from Morgantown to Logan and I would go to Cleveland but that's a little too far. But he's not only a great doctor but a caring and kind man that I'm truly going to miss! I wish him all the best and I hope that our paths may cross again. Thank you Dr. Kim!

Dr. kim has turned my back surgery around and has me on my feet and off the cane I was using .. very professional and takes time with you when he comes in the room .. staff Is always receptive and friendly..

Extremely kind and caring. Listened to me and gave me options. Could hardly walk upright and using a cane for assistance when I started seeing him. I now walk without the cane, can play with my grandkids...wonderful! Seen him for 6 months haven’t had to go back in 18 months thus far!!!

I can happily say that I have been able to find the most caring and intelligent doctor for the problems I deal with, and it's Dr. Kim! I went to WVU pain management clinic for over 12 years and I was assigned to Dr. Kim around 2011, and he has been doctor ever since. Yes, I followed him from Morgantown to Logan Hospital. I am hoping he doesn't think I'm a stocker, but once you find that perfect doctor, you do everything possible to keep him/her! I would suggest him to everyone that I know!

Worst bed side manner of any doctor I've seen. Condescending and belittling. Does not care about his patient or listening to needs. Did not look up my previous medical records from previous doctors or care to! He will talk down to you and treat you like you are a lower class person. Trust me. Stay away! If you can find someone else, another doctor that will treat you as an equal and talk to you instead of at you, please do. Someone that shows compassion and understanding. This doctor does not belong in WV. We are a strong, proud state with people that work hard. People that are thoughtful, kind and considerate. He does not fit in and needs to go to a city where acting rude and thoughtless is the norm! I WILL NOT be going back.

I have been going to Dr. Kim for several months now and I would recommend him to anyone who has back problems. Although I am terrified of needles my back got to the point I was willing to try anything. I have had several injections, and yes they do hurt but he talks you through the whole thing and tells you step by step what he's doing, he is one of the most considerate doctors I have ever seen. He's not a pill pusher, he wants to help people not harm them! We need more doctors like him!!

Dr. Kim was my specialist for many years in Morgantown. I hated to see him go. After I had back surgery at Ruby and infection from that which took months to recover, he gained my trust by not pushing but giving me all the options. I allowed him to try injections. He was very caring and understanding of my concerns and talked through the procedure as he was doing it. He took his time as to keep my discomfort to a minimum. If he were not over 3 hours to his clinic, I would make the trip.
