First of all I waited over one hour to get in to see the Dr. Second, he was rushed, basically said I cannot help you and while he did explain my issues, I felt it was perfunctory at best. I felt like I was imposing on his time. The staff was excellent from check-in to the scheduler, Megan gettin me in to see Dr. Jim Lachman at St. Lukes where I was immediately seen, one day later precisely at the appointed time.

Very knowledgeable and explains what will be done during surgery in detail. He is very caring and and pleasant. I would highly recommend him to fix your broken bones. Had be walking sooner than I expected.

These guys are highly focused no bs. They are not super friendly, although they warm up when the schedule allows, because they are attentive to the work.The office runs like a super efficient machine. Dr K could perform surgery in his sleep and his assistant is just as amazing, like his right arm. I cannot say enough for my experience with them, start to finish, and my healing is running very smoothly. I’ve been to two other podiatrists in the past for a bunion and plantar fasciitis, and they were somewhat smug and tried to speak down to me. No problem here, I will never go to any other office than the Kaufman OAA. They just know their stuff and do it well. Thank you

Dr. Kaufman was on time and right to the point. I truly appreciate a provider that respects his patients time. He was very thorough and explained my daughters injury.
