Dr Banzhof and the entire team at her office in Whitehall were wonderful. I am very nervous with doctors (due to some rather bad experiences) and I’m certain I was a bit rambling, maybe Eve awkward, but everyone took the time to listen. I was seen on time (a bit early even) and everything moved along fast but not rushed. Including X-rays and knee injections, the total visit was under an hour. I’ve sat in waiting rooms staring at the wall (at other docs) for much longer than a new patient visit and treatment took with Dr Banzhof. And when it came to knee injections, they humored me and my utterly nonsensical fear of needles. It turned out the injections are easy and quick, or at least they made it seems easy. I felt the entire staff listened to me and made sure I understood them too. They are not overbearing - I’m sure they will go into every minor detail if someone needs that, though in my case I was comfortable with the short version overall. They seem very professional and I am sure they tailor the experience to each patient. I’m not happy that I probably will have to see a doctor routinely for knee pain, but I’m very happy to have found this practice.

I would not recommend Dr. Banzhof and her PA Sarah Fakete to anyone. I felt like I was a waste of their time and they didn't want to be bothered. I don't even think they deserve the 1 star, but that is the lowest rating I could choose. She doesn't seem to have any solutions to the immediate issues.

Saw Dr Banzhof for the first time today and was impressed with both the office staff and her. It's very patient oriented, friendly and more directed at helping heal verses replace.

I would not recommend Dr. Banzhof and her PA Sarah Fakete to anyone. I felt like I was a waste of their time and they didn't want to be bothered. I don't even think they deserve the 1 star, but that is the lowest rating I could choose. She doesn't seem experienced and comfortable with doing surgeries. I would def do your research before considering whom you go to.

excellent experience Dr Banzohof was helpful , informative , and really seemed to care about patient. I did not feel like just another hunk of fat flesh going to see an orthpaedist ( unlike some un-named highly respected individual(s) across the street. Originally thought had knee problem(s) . others who looked at me only looked at knee(s). She looked at the hips , too Every thing is connected. I have hip problems. one side is corrected and fine. Next hip,later. Staff is excellent.

Dr Banzhof is a highly skilled and caring surgeon who improved my quality of life tremendously with a successful hip replacement. I will be forever grateful to Dr Banzhof and her courteous and helpful staff. I would highly recommend Dr Banzhof and her team to anyone in need of joint replacement surgery.
