The worst doctor experience either me or my wife have ever had during one of the most important times of our lives. We were at Dr. Allen's for a sonogram at 7 weeks. We arrived early and were looking forward to knowing what's going on with our baby. The lady who did the sonogram was very non-personable and didn't say much, but that's ok I guess. She did tell us there was a very low heartbeat which obviously alarmed us, but she didn't say more. She nonchalantly asked my wife to get dressed and asked us to wait in another room. 45 minutes later a nurse came in and said the doctor would be with us shortly. My wife was crying and upset the entire time not knowing anything but what the sonogram lady said. 30 minutes later, I went and asked the office manager to get a doctor in the room to talk to my wife. It only got worse from there. The office mgr kept telling us it would be just a moment. A nurse rolled her eyes at us when we said we were leaving. Horrible experienc

Dr. Allen is wonderful! She is patient, has a great bedside manner, and is more than willing to answer all of your questions. She is personable and spends time with you on a personal level. She doesn't treat you like simply a number like most doctors do. I highly recommedn her to anyone!!!!

Long waiting time in the office even though you come early to the appointment. The staffs there were very bad. Not coming back to her again.
