The total operation is very efficient and friendly. Efficient in the way of explaining in detail, what & why what it is they are doing as well as what to expect. Seems like they are about to read your mind before you ask. It's not all "just business".

Had a very bad stye inside of eyelid. Dr Randle corrected the situation professionally and expertly. She is a really nice person and is very knowledgeable. Considering all that she did I felt nothing and a week later I am in very good shape. I was a walk in and they were able to take me. I don't think that happens often. It was right before Christmas. I appreciate what the office help and the Dr were able to do for me on a moments notice.
