The staff doesn’t find importance in treating their patience with kindness and care. They want you in and out in no time and don’t care about the increased health of their patients.

The staff does not think that friendliness is a top priority. They rush appointments and overbook.

Dr Connelly & Dr Rosenaki are wonderful doctors! My family has been coming to the Connelly practice for several decades. We cannot thank you enough for the exceptional level of care.

Completely and utterly the worst doctor in the Lehigh valley. I was sick with mono and they refused to see me in person even though I was providing negative covid test results. They continued to push the fact that “I could’ve gotten a false test” after the virtual visit they then treated me for a completely different problem. A month later After all the meds were finished I was no better that’s when he agreed to see me in person after providing yet another covid test I paid out of pocket for. Then treated me for the mono which cleared up in a few days. It’s very frustrating because mind you I was sick for over a month and I was being treated with the incorrect meds due to a bad diagnoses from “virtual” visit. I now called them a year later because I’m coughing up blood with another negative covid test result and they refuse to see me again claiming I could have again received a “ false result”. Let me tell you this as well. These guys been my doctor since I was child and I’ve maybe seen them 5 times since I’ve been an adult. I’m 31. I just don’t know where else to go. I understand that they’re only in it to get paid but can I atleast get treated properly and not refused before taking it? If anybody reading this has any suggestions on someone who takes the time to treat their patient I would be open to suggestions. These guys seem to not care, judge patients and assume based off minimum information. Now if we talk about how horrible the receptionist at this office are. I will need another page. The reception service is just as bad as the actual doctor but again I’ve been here since a child and I don’t know where else to go.

Dr. Rosanski is amazing... She listens and cares for the concern of her patients... And the receptionist are always nice. Suprised with the 1 star reviews.. My child has been going here since she been a baby.. She is now 13.

One of the worst doctors in the valley, all he cares about is the money, getting people in and out and did I say money. Very unprofessional as they judge people without knowing the facts. They even refuse to see clients to have MA or clients who attempt to come back as they don’t accept MA and want college students to pay cash. They legit are a joke and I would avoid them at all cost.

Dr. Connelly treats my mother and she can be difficult. He has an approach that blends understanding and directness that seems to work with her personality. I appreciate that he gives it to her straight regarding what can happen if she doesn’t stick to treatment recommendations. He is also flexible and gives her a sense that she still has control.

I love Dr. Connelly, but the receptionists are AWFUL. Sean is always so rude and just not pleasant to talk to. She always sounds like she doesn’t care nor want to be at work, if that’s the case just quit!! She had the worst attitude and constantly hangs up the phone when she doesn’t want to handle your questions anymore. I have had other rude receptionists and just don’t get how such a sweet doctor would hire such nasty receptionists.
