Good service and good place, good doctors

I have chronic fissure and am in horrible pain. Trying to get an appointment change for a sooner visit was to the point I was ready to cut off my arm as a gift to see my doctor. I am staying up 5 hours a night and have to call off work for a lack of sleep. Request still fell on death ears. When it was changed, it was still 20 days out. If I go to the ER, I will late for 6 hours there because they do not deal with colon. This is the most horrible wait of my life. And tomorrow I have another surgery. I need the anesthesia to help my colon feel better. Shameful!!!! I have used prescription, soft wipes, creams, and screams. I used Aleve, Tylenol, Prep H. This has been going on for 45 days. Doctors visit was about 2 weeks ago. Now I have to wait another 20 days.

Very professional and kind. The staff and Dr Lappos go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed for something most people would consider stressful. They told you what they were going to do, did it quickly and efficiently and safely. I highly recommend Dr Lappos and the endoscopy center. Thank you

Dr. Good, appointment staff horrible. If someone hates their job they should quit instead of taking out on patients. Probably never go back.

I was given a preparation that was easy to tolerate with very clear directions. Throughout my experience, I was treated professionally and cheerfully by the office personnel and the College Heights Endoscopy Center. Dr. Lapos immediately told me that there was one issue, but it was benign. Later, the office called me to confirm the problem was benign and recommended a 5 year return. I was completely satisfied with the experience.
