My girlfriend had to use this company because it was tied into her healthcare provider and they’ve overcharged her not once but are now trying to do it a SECOND time. Ridiculous that they can get away with this absolute robbery. The American healthcare system is a scam within a scam, let’s be honest!

I would not recommend this company. They are horrible with customer service! We are in the middle of a pandemic. I used their service on 11/6/20 I had multiple complications after surgery which required me to miss work. I paid $2,000 upfront I had additional fee of $750 due which is absolutely ridiculous $125 per 15 minutes is robbery. I agreed to the outrageous fee with no other option 3 days before my surgery. The $750 was billed afterwards on 11/30/20 and is already sent to a collection agency with a inflated additional fee the office will not accept the payment now.
