My visit was months ago but it was excellent. Dr. Lapos fulfilled all of the boxes below for what went well. Months later she performed a colonoscopy on me and explained everything well before and after the procedure. All of my concerns were addressed. As I look back, she was right about all of my questions as to how to improve my condition. My condition is still difficult from swelling, but I get breaks sometimes. I think scar tissue from 4 surgeries over many years is a culprit. Dr. Lapos did not do those surgeries. When I need help, I will return to Dr. Lapos. She also made me comfortable with a painful situation. The entire Staff was excellent!

Dr. Lapos is always helpful, consider, courteous & understanding. willing to help me with a problem even though I live in NC & can only be in PA at a certain time. I have lived in NC for 9 yrs. & still see Dr. Lapos. She is exceptional.

Dr Lapos made me feel so comfortable. She was kind, empathetic and professional. I trust her with my care. I have a family history of colon cancer and will continue to see Dr Lapos for my follow up screenings. The staff was friendly and caring. I give this group a 5 star rating.

Dr Lapos takes the time to really listen. she is a quiet person and a great listener. She answers all questions thoroughly. I absolutely recommend her. The other supporting staff members in the office are awesome as well.

Dr. Lapos is extremely unqualified. She and her staff are rude. She performed a surgery incorrectly on me and the office triple billed me. She even said herself that she was not confident in her surgical skills but still insisted on performing the surgery and it was not corrected. She suggested that she perform an additional surgery but, that crazy I am not! PLEASE SEEK ANOTHER DOCTOR! EVEN IT IS AN EMERGENCY, SEEK ANOTHER DOCTOR!!! Please trust this review

Unfortunately I did not find Dr. Lapos very warm and fuzzy - but rather cold and unsympathetic. She is the only female Colon Rectal specialist in the area which makes it difficult to get a appointment in a short time frame. Also every time I've been to the office it is always a hour wait. She is very informative explaining the treatment plan very thoroughly.

Dr. Lapos is among the best doctors I have ever visited. She listens intently and always explains things very well. She has a manner that puts one at ease. She performed major surgery and my recovery was very fast. I would trust her without any reservations.
