One star because 0 wasn't an option. Had inguinal hernia repaired Dec.1, 2021. After 6 weeks, I still had a hernia, only a NEW femoral hernia just below the repaired inguinal hernia. Makes one wonder at the very least! Not going back there.

I was in pretty rough shape when I met Dr McDonald due to a Diverticula infection and some micro-perforations. We had to take the "Slow Boat to China" to give the antibiotics a chance to work and allow me the best possible outcome. I spent 16 days in the hospital, and she was there for me every step of the way. This was the first time I had ever gotten hospitalized in my life, and she was masterful at explaining what was happening and answered all, of my questions. She made me feel secure and confident that I was going to come out of this okay in-spite of how awful I was feeling. In the end, I had a Bowel resection and did not need a colostomy bag. I am very blessed to have her as my doctor.

Love love love this practice !!! Dr. McDonald is wonderful, she explains everything to you so that you know exactly what she is doing and will be doing. I have been seeing her for years off and on. First Surgeon I thought of to handle my Breast Cancer surgery. No one else even came to mind. I want to give a shout out to a wonderful, fun, and loving Medical Receptionist CARLA BELL!!! She is one of a kind. I always feel special when she addresses me. Even after I hadn’t seen her for a few years Carla still remember me. This is what I call customer service!!!! She deserves an award. Carla if you read thisI LOVE YOU. If you need Dr. McDonald for anything she and her office are the ones to call!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. McDonald. I needed emergency surgery for a twisted colon and later reversal surgery and she and he staff did a fantastic job in getting me better.

Seldom saw Dr. McDonald, her PA handled office visits. The doctor was always in the hallway working on her computer. Did gall bladder surgery which had to be stopped due to inflammation and infection. No office followup, poor scheduling, doctor seemed too busy for me as a patient.

Dr McDonald has the most amazing staff. They are so much fun, share laughs, and make you feel very comfortable. These woman are terrific!!!!
