Had a patient that was suppose to be discharged at 10am and it’s now 230pm. Don’t take your children or anyone to this hospital. You’re better driving to NYS if it’s that much of an emergency. You walk in and immediately see 3-5 nurses laughing not helping patients. Place is a joke 😂

I've reached a point where I fully believe it doesn't matter how much pain your in of uncomfortable you feel this hospital will do nothing but give papers and a bill and do absolutely nothing for you

Worst hospital... Do not come here. They don't care how long you sit and wait. My husband had kidney failure and he sat in the waiting room for 6 hours. They said "well you can leave"... !!!!

Dr Hahn, the nursing and wait staff such as Amanda and Leanne were all very kind and courteous and professional during my ER visit for their busiest day of the week I couldn’t be more thankful for the kind professional care I received!

Yo no puedo decir los mismo por que es tenido la oportunidad de ir 2 veces a este hospital y creo que no voy más por que nunca te hacen nada pero te llega de una ves un bill de 262 y no te haces nada te dejan igual como mismo llegaste así que no me gusta la gente muy amable pero no te hacen nada y no tienen ni los equipo necesario para tratarte

Our loved one has been in this hospital many times. While the care seems to be fine, our big issue is there is zero communication from the medical staff with updates. And when you try to call the ER or a nursing station on the floors, they rarely answer. When you leave a message for a callback, you don’t get one. Even the operators seem frustrated by it.

Our family had a fun night planned until a simple accident almost ruined the entire night. However the entire staff cared not only to the injured, but to the entire family. After the trauma was taken care of we still we able to make the planned event. I work in healthcare, and I expected we were going home after the ER visit. As I drove to the hospital I expected the night to be ruined, but was left utterly amazed by their care.
