I had a wonderful experience working with Kathleen at Spring Nutrition & Wellness Company. I found the pregnancy program to be extremely helpful and worth the investment. I was able to refer to this program to answer my pregnancy questions and have access to amazing recipes to stay healthy for my baby. The program is very detailed, which was something I was not able to receive through my doctor. Kathleen communicated with me often and we were able to adjust the program to fit my needs. She is professional and very knowledgeable, which made me feel comfortable and confident that I was doing what was right for my health during my pregnancy.

I’ve reached out to Spring Nutrition and Wellness for some specific diet plans related to a chronic condition I have. I can’t say enough how amazing my guidance and meal plans have been. Through this diet I’ve been able to manage my condition with less symptoms!! 5 stars!
