Dr. Goren-Garcia cared for my mom in the ER in Allentown last night. It was a long day/night and difficult situation. It was my mom’s second ER visit of the day but at a different hospital. Dr. Goren-Garcia took the extra time to figure things out and explain things to our family. We are thankful and I hope she sees this message.

I love love love Dr. Duncan Garcia and her staff. I have been going to her for years. I've also referred my friends. My entire family trusts her. Aside from being a great doctor, she is punctual and understands everyone has busy lives! Her staff is always pleasant. She also has an app that you can use to stay updated on office holidays, closings, and reminders.

Amazing doctor, this doctor is the best one I have ever been to and I hope that you'll enjoy going there as well.

I absolutely love Dr. Duncan - Garcia and her PA Sissy Yanes. They are both top notch in the medical care industry and have always provided quality care when I have needed it the most. I am usually skeptical of some PA's because I have had some experience with being misdiagnosed but Sissy knows what she is doing. Dr. Duncan has also been such a great physician. The convenience of having your labs done and sonograms in the office is so helpful especially if you live far away like I do. I do admit, they are very hard to get a hold of over the phone. At times, no one answers the phones when you call but they do have an online portal which is super convenient if you want to make an appointment. Once you get past the scheduling issues the type of care this Doctor and the PA give is extraordinaire. Because of Duncan, she found a nodule growing on my sister's thyroid and it turned out to be cancerous. I truly believe had my sister gone somewhere else she would have never known. Thank you Duncan and Sissy. You both are a blessing and Angels from above!

Trying to make an appointment for a week a no answers... i was referee by other patiences of this doctor but is imposible to make an appointment

AMAZING DOCTOR! I was recommenced by my endocrinologist and hands down I was very happy of how caring and loving Ms. Duncan Garcia is, she actually listened and understood everything i was trying to explain to her. The office staff were very friendly and answered all my question. I filled my registration forms turned them in and by the time I sat back down the nurse called me in, literally 0 wait time. There is a $50 deposit fee but that is reimbursed once you check in. ($50 deposit fee is only for first time patients) Overall experience is 10/10 and I recommenced Ms. Duncan Garcia 100%

Im extremely disappointed with this physician. Went to her for 4 years. When I needed my medication the most: SHE DENIED IT! Claiming I had to come in for a physical and blood work. Which i already had from a specialist!! When I provided recent bloodwork, she STILL found an excuse to say that she needed for me to have a physical done in her office. Sounds like she cares more about those insurance dollars than her patients!! Never going back!!

After several years of quality customer care, I'm afraid to say today, the office personnel will only disappoint you.

Poorly coordinated for appointments, unhelpful office staff, and no access to a healthcare professional. After leaving a voicemail, it went unanswered, I called 5+ times before catching someone on the phone. There is technology that resolves these issues. It's 2019. If you are not accepting new patients, be transparent about it. I've heard great things about the doctor, but your staff is preventing you from having a top notch practice.

My wife and I recently became new patients of Dr. Duncan this past month and we are quite impressed by everything thus far-- from the staff, facility/cleanliness, overall friendliness & level of empathy, promptness in being seen, and then the general care in which the entire group looks after you.As someone with a few MDs, NPs, and RNs in my family, it is very evident that we are in very good hands with Dr Duncan and team!
