Excellent, efficient, and knowledgeable care. I saw the Nurse and PA on duty on 7/24/23 around 9:45am for bronchitis. Traveling from Canada back to NC staying with family in the area. Grateful to have found your practice. Wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend! Thank you!

While the young lady at the front desk, as well as the xray tech, were amazing, the male nurse practitioner that saw my son was quite a different story. He was rude, short and dismissive. He took absolutely NO time at all to learn of my sons injury and was uninformative as to the procedures to follow. I've never had such a horrible experience this Med Express---- truly disappointed.

When I came to MedExpress with an alarming situation, Diana was very empathetic and understanding. She asked all the right questions, and quickly diagnosed the problem. And now I'm well on the way to being back to normal.

Staff is good BUT they always close early or are under staffed. May as well close it down and re-assign the staff especially during sports season. Ran my kids down there after practice due to injury and came earlier [7:40 pm] than their closing time [8:00 pm]. Someone shut the lights off as we drove up at 7:40.. rushing my kids up to the door to find it locked with lights on in the reception area and back office - only lobby lights shut off]... then when I called was told, "sorry, several people called off and she closed early" WHAT? 20 minutes early? That makes no sense. No sign on the door or anything. Used to be the "go to" place now I'd rather use a different urgent care because we all know hospitals have a 4+ hour wait time these days.
