Lots of ups and downs with this practice. Dr. Menzel lacks compassion and is not accepting of all family types; her primary concern is for her staff, not patients and families. Generally competent care offered and office staff is excellent!

Absolutely the best Pediatricians office. We have had nothing but good experiences here. The front desk staff is extremely knowledgeable, and they know our children well. All of the Physicians and APP staff are caring and take concerns seriously. Drive through flu clinic is great, and it’s easy to get a same day appointment. Walk-in and sick visits are streamlined and quick. Short wait times.

After my first child was born we chose this practice and I am happy with the choice. Everyone is nice and very helpful. While I have only seen one of the many doctors, they all seem to have a deep knowledge of pediatric care. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful staff! They go above and beyond! Very friendly atmosphere. They always have nurse practitioners ready for walk ins and great pediatrician for appointments. I love my daughter pediatrician Dr. Clista ! He’s a great listener, very informative, patient and truly goes above and beyond. Feel blessed to have found this place! Never crazy busy or a long wait. They also have dr on call for after hours to answer your questions! ❤️
