George Hromnak's Online Review Report Card

I'm sure this isn't an easy job, but he's always been there for our son. We appreciate having someone knowledgeable local.

Get a second opinion and don’t send your children to him if possible because he will not listen to you or your children’s concerns, this man almost killed me when I was a child, I suffer from permanent damage to my liver because of the pills he pushed onto me after misdiagnosing me with bipolar disorder. My mother advocated to test me for ADHD because of the clear signs, but he would never listen to her, pushing to pump me up on whatever pills seemed fit the misdiagnosis. He put me on lithium for Bipolar disorder, from what I was told he was supposed to be sending me in for blood work once a week while I was on this medication due to the risk factors but only did it every other month, he gradually raised my dose due to it not working for the “bipolar” until I was a day away from needing dialysis and my liver failing due to the toxicity levels. I will never forgive this man for his gross negligence while I was under his care, I did not deserve to experience the physical and mental trauma I did because someone with a medical license was too lazy or incompetent to do any research and just shoved pills down my throat thinking that’ll fix it.

Hes the doctor that almost unalived my child. She was 4 and he diagnosed her with adhd, gave her guafacine, it made her too sleepy and than he switched her to Adderall immediately and she passed out on the playground at school. Was taken by ambulance to the hospital and didn't wake up for 18 hours. She hardly had a heart rate and her blood pressure was so so low. I always thought that doctors knew best, but this doctor changed my mind so fast. Always get a second opinion.

He listens to what I need for my kids. He is a good doctor

He dont listen he is rude he dont seem to care about anything but what he thinks. Had on heart meds ...I dont have a heart problem. And that was the only med he gave me

Amazing Dr. listens to every concern you have and also interacts with the child. We've been going here for almost 2 years now.

Not happy don't listen to you when try to talk Him. he be Littles you and turns you it to cys will never take my daughter back to see him

Dr. Hromnak was a savior in diagnosing my son PROPERLY as well as working with my own opinion on medications and other treatments. Wonderful with my severely ADHD son!

I TOTALLY agree with everything the first review mentioned. When I requested a new doctor, they told me that Dr. Hromnak was the only one who could see my child.

After being forced to deal with Dr.Hromnak and his unbelievably rude staff for years I am telling you - find another doctor for your child. He came recommended by my pediatrician - and through countless complaints and requests for a referral to another doctor - I swear anyone can throw a prescription at a child just like Dr. Hromnak. From the front desk who acts like you are bothering them by even daring to stand in front of their window to his clock watching, barely listening, down talking demeanor. There must be a better doctor in this area. Find one!
