Got turned away and the lady at the front desk was beyond rude. After asking if I should go somewhere else she says “that works” won’t ever go back here for anything. Would not recommend

Before going, I called to make sure we could be seen because it was almost 7:00. The receptionist on the phone said we could be seen as long as we were there before 7:30. After driving over half an hour with a client, we were refused service because my client did not have her ID with her. In our situation, I did happen to grab a med list but wasn't concerned about her ID because that wasn't a priority. I wish I would've had more time to read other reviews and I would've known to go to a different location. I'm very disappointed in the facility and will not recommend it to others.

Some of the rudest medical assistance behind the counter. My last visit was borderline degrading because of how I was treated by the people behind the counter. No one wants to be sick or injured and they certainly don't want to be treated by a bunch of unhelpful, unprofessional staff members.

Horrible service, 2 hrs before getting checked in, never took anyone in till 830am not calling anyone in to be seen horrible all this for quick recheck horrible

My doctor called in due to an emergency to let them know I was on my way. I get to the MedExpress office and they tell me well you have to go to the ER because we can't help you so basically they want to kill their patience.

Just Needed a urine screen. Been sitting in lobby for over an hour. Have been told “you’re next up” 20 minutes ago and 3 people have been called back since then. We’ll see how this ends up…

Doctor saw my sister and I at the same time (we had the same illness). Barely was in the room for 5 minutes. Prescribed me a medication and then changed it without telling me. Did not take the time to explain her reasoning for medication. Lackluster care at start of her shift.
