NO NEED TO WORRY WITH DR. HOWELLS. I HIGHLY RECOMMED HIM. HE IS CAPABLE OF HANDLING YOUR SITUATION AND IS VERY CARING. HE TAKES TIME WITH YOU AND DOESN'T RUSH OUT OF THE ROOM TO THE PATIENT. HE DID THE BALLON PROCEDURE ON MY SINUS AND OPENED UP THE MAXILLARY AREA. THIS WAS DONE ON JULY 31, 2020 AND TODAY IS AUGUST 11, 2020 AND ALREADY I CAN BREATHE BETTER. I WORRIED MYSELF SICK OVER THIS SO PLEASE DON'T DO THAT!! ITS ALL GOOD. I AM VERY HAPPY EVEN THOUGH IT MEANT SURGERY.

I am a patient. This a review of my experience with Dr. Howells and other professionals I have encountered in his office, not a commentary or perspective of a former or current staff member. I have consistently been greeted courteously and warmly in his office. I have not experienced extended wait times. On the contrary, without exception, I have been seen promptly. Dr. Howells' nurse listens intently and carefully. I know she hears me because when Dr. Howells enters the room, he is well informed. He asks logical, intelligent, questions and he takes the time necessary to assess the evidence and clearly state treatment options and associated expectations. He values truth and honesty and he responds to questions in kind. I don't know how this practice is managed behind the scenes but, as a patient, my experience has been that Dr. Howells takes the "FACS" in his credentials seriously, a refreshing attribute in a health care system that is rife with opportunity and rewards for physicians to function in a manner that is inconsistent with the tenants of the Hippocratic Oath. As a patient, I unequivocally recommend Dr. Howells and his Otolaryngology practice, for competency, ethics and functionality in equal measure.

Dr. Howells is thorough, intuitive and extremely capable. He answers questions with honesty, logic, and respect. Intelligence, common sense and compassion are his hallmarks. He is an excellent doctor.

OUTSTANDING IN EVERYWAY. Could not find a better ENT. Lucky to have a physician of his expertise in our area.

Dr. Howels has been my doctor for quite some time. He has done several surgical procedures on my sinuses over the past fifteen years. He is patient, always available for questions and I find him quite good at what he does.

I have had 3 procedures done by Dr. Howells. He put a temporary set of tubes in my ears at age 27. They got infected, a few days after surgery. 3 years later I had those tubes replaced and those tubes got infected. The pain is so severe, I can’t hear, and there’s pus leaking out of my ear. Last, actually it was the 2nd procedure he did, was a sinus procedure to open to pathways to my sinuses and clear out my sinuses. This only made made things worse. Come to find out I DIDNT NEED IT DONE.

Great doctor and great staff!

Unfortunately this practice is about Quantity and lining their pockets and Not Quality. Staff working here don't even receive medical benefits. How can those who take a vow to "do no harm" could not provide fundamentals for the people they spend all day, every day with meanwhile pocketing their rewards. Appointments are rushed so that the doctor can see as many patients as possible. Sometimes waits become very long.
