Extremely disappointed in outcome and their word that followed. Made myself perfectly clear on what I wanted done and they said yes! They showed me pictures of what he could do, I paid the money, had a procedure. It was not what I paid for,, outcome looks like my before pictures. They totally wrote me off. Did not return my phone call or mail me the photos like I was promised. I think for this office it is not taking pride in your work, but collecting the money!!! My before and after pictures basically look the same!

Dr. Louton has done several procedures for me. He is very talented and caring.

Lower face lift that was supposedly performed, but never looked like he finished. My before and after pictures look the same. The only thing new is a scar on my chin and my left ear sticks out further. Tried talking to him and his assistant about this. He left the room and she said she would call about a solution and never did. I called back after 10 days and wrote a letter, no response. What a Hugh waste of my money. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE FOR ANYTHING! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!

I went for a consultation about implants I've had for decades. Long story short, he squeezed them and broke the encapsulation (scar tissue). He recommended that I massage them in the hopes of making them softer. (He did not do the original surgery.) A few days after he broke the encapsulation and me doing the massage he recommended, my right breast was so painful I couldn't touch it. And now, my right breast is much worse than it was before I ever saw him. Things got worse. My right breast now feels like a rock. I consulted with a different surgeon a few hours away who recommended I need TWO surgeries, not the one that Dr. Louton suggested. Anyway, my breasts are worse now than they were before I saw him.

Originally very friendly everyone. After procedure just excuses and write you off. Did not honor their word!

The highest quality care you can get plus he has miracle hands . So skilled, he can truly change your life in a positive way.

Was quoted for my procedure, paid my deposit. Was about to book my flight (I live out of state) to attend said procedure and received a call telling me that in order to have the procedure, I would need to pay over $800 more than the price I was quoted.

Dr Louton and his staff were excellent . I am so happy I had my procedures done there. He explained everything to me in detail so I had no surprises.

I had Brachioplasty surgery three months ago , I wish I would of done it years ago. Dr Louton did a awesome job and the staff there are warm and caring..

I have had other procedures done by Dr. Louton where he’s done a good job but not this time. Don’t ever allow him to perform a subcutaneous mini brow lift on you. He left me with two highly visible 8 inch long scars on both sides of my face. I now have to wear my hair a certain way to help hide them, can’t ever wear a pony tail again and can’t be in the wind where my hair will blow out of my face since people will see the scars. It’s changed my life and severely hurt my self esteem. I look like I had a horrible accident and people have asked me what happened to me. I asked him to refund my money and he gave me half of it back but made me sign a waiver releasing him of all damages. I was going through a divorce at the time and was emotionally unequipped to sign it but I did, reluctantly. Don’t get plastic surgery from him. At least not this procedure. His negligence has changed my life forever.
