Tried getting my INFANT daughter an appointment, and the lady (I don't even want to call her that) on the phone was INCREDIBLY rude. Will NOT be taking my daughter here.. Already requested a new referral. Unbelievable..

Dr. Bechtel made a special trip into the office on his day off for our then 3 week old daughter for a clogged tear duct infection. He showed compassion, dedication & made sure we understood everything he was explaining to us about what was happening & also, what to expect. He took a scary situation for our family & truly gave us a sense of comfort that I feel is unfortunately lacking in all types of medicine these days. For that, & for him, we are extremely grateful & thankful to have him in our corner for our children & family.
