I’ve always known that home cooking was important for maintaining good nutrition but after 48 years of marriage and cooking it had gotten to be just another chore that I was tired of. Athens has renewed my spirit with the wonderful, time-saving and healthy tips and recipes. I love the virtual workshops which allow me to watch and learn from the comfort of my home. It’s fun to find healthy new recipes that have quickly become family favorites. In our family we have meat-eaters, vegetarians, vegans and some with specific food allergies but with the suggestions and recipes from Athens I can please everyone!
