Margaret Goodman's Online Review Report Card

My dad had been seeing Dr. Goodman for years for his dementia. He would always be accompanied by my mother. My mom recently passed away, and my dad had to move into an assisted living facility. I live out of state and had to arrange for somebody to accompany him to the doctors visits. All other doctors knew the situation and were flexible & spoke to me on the phone while they were evaluating my dad in their office. This doctor knew the situation and refused to do that. He came for a regular evaluation, and after making arrangements to get him to the office, she refused to see him (because he couldn’t answer her questions) or speak to me on the phone. She told me to find him another neurologist. I’m so disgusted by her dismissive and obnoxious attitude. She could not find it in herself to be flexible to do what’s is in the best interest of the patient. Perhaps it’s time for her to retire or reevaluate why she became a physician in the first place.

Worst experience ever. Her PA treated us like we were idiots, very rude. The doctor acted as if she was totally put out. Terrible manners. Will not recommend her to my worst enemy.

She has been my doctors for almost 20 years, and she listens to me and helps me in anyway she can! Wonderful people and staff!

Dr. Goodman is a wonderful doctor, who cares and listen's to you with a understanding heart, her staff are wonderful caring people who very much want to do their best to help you live a better life. I am moving to another location but I will still make the 40 min drive to come and see my favorite people, Dr. Goodman and her whole staff. Thank you !

The most thorough and patient Dr I’ve seen in years.

Had first appointment and waited 30 minutes with no other patients in the office! Gave her previous MRI from a few years ago. She ordered new and blood work, set next appt, Staff called to cancel next appt because equipment was broken - didn't know I was even going to have testing in the office. Third appt they said they called and cancelled but I have no calls from them. Worst staff ever - finding another doctor.

Excellent doctor and found my problems right away and the medsI needed to control it. Always talk to her not a nurse when I call with a question.

Refuse to see me because I've seen another neurologist even though she suggested it also didn't even care about my health problems

This is the doctor that first shattered my faith in the medical field. First I am young and she had to break a life altering diagnosis. MS is not the easiest thing to be told the test came back, for sure, you have MS especially over the phone. Seriously!?! I was on my way to work... Ruined my expectations of any bedside manner. She also kept prescribing medicine I did not want, or were addictive. Because they have the highest kickbacks. She's all about the money... Avoid!!!!
