I was able to be seen within minuets of arriving and both the front desk and doctor ( Dr. Doolan ) had a good attitude and sense of humor. I was even able to see the manager in passing to my room which made me feel things were being watched over and she looked up to see me with a smile.
Everyone here is awesome. All of the doctors are nice, they take their time and they listen to your problems. The front staff is super helpful as well.
Dr.Kristin O’Donnell is amazing. Started going to her over 7 years now, and she was able to figure out my health problems right away. And still to this day she always seems to figure out the issue. If if it wasn’t for her, I probably wouldn’t even be here because I wasn’t receiving the right care from my former doctor..so I am truly thankful for her being my doctor. My levels were all over the place and I felt awful.. As soon as I met her she figured out what was causing all the symptoms, after I dealt with what she found (thyroid cancer); here I am a few years later feeling the healthiest I’ve been in a long time. I always recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor. She is such a heart-felt doctor, that actually listens and tries her hardest for her patients. She goes above and beyond for her clients..She is absolutely wonderful! :)
Be careful using this practice, I have never been there or received treatment from any of their staff. Yet they sent me a letter claiming I need a round of shingles virus vaccinations. The doctor who wrote the order obviously didn't even check my records to see I was already vaccinated for shingles in 2015 by a fellow network doctor. When I called to question the order I was made to feel I was in the wrong because of their flawed record keeping. Seems that EPIC is a epic failure in regard to historical data. NO WONDER PEOPLE HAVE VACCINATION HESITANCY WHEN WE HAVE PRACTICES LIKE THIS RECOMMENDING REDUNDANT TREATMENTS IN ORDER TO BILL OUR INSURANCE REPEATEDLY. I can't wait till my actual PCP gets VOICEMAIL I sent her in regard to this blatant failure in health care.
From the receptionist, to the nurses, to Mr. Dobash himself this has been by far the greatest experience I've had with a doctor's office. Dr. Dobash always listens and looks at you when you talk. Which shows me he is listening unlike other docs Ive gone to that have their heads buried in their paper work or computers while you explain whatever to them. If you want your life back dont hesitate to give these guys a call. You won't regret it. Also agrees with me that Tom Brady sold his soul to the devil 😂
Dr Dobash is an excellent doctor. That being said his office staff are a whole different story. The first time I walked in the secretary complained that they didn't used to have to treat " welfare people " referring to the fact that my family was on medical assistance. For years they would play passive aggressive games like making my children wait for antibiotics or me for my medication including my inhaler and pain medication by practically singing "oh I sent that prescription over to the pharmacy. It's not our fault they didn't get it." And the whole time they giggled. This happened with more than one pharmacy but no matter what. It could never be their fault. When I switched doctors which is what they wanted since they loved to behave like my family wasn't good enough to receive medical care from a good doctor. They continued playing this game by refusing to send my medical records to my new physician. I'm 100 percent sure that now I have written this review that they will try some new nasty tactics. But I'm done being polite to impolite people who have repeatedly put my family's health at risk simply because they think they are too good for "welfare people " Goodbye and good riddance st lukes Ashland.
Refuses patients based solely on whom their previous physician was

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
