The on call people is so unprofessional they will get disrespectful with you for no reason this whole Establishment is so unprofessional please do not work here

For the employees they want you to work for free they have a problem with paying on time or doing what they are supposed to do as far as protocol how can you work for however many days and still can’t clock in and out takes days still can’t do it then they make a password for you don’t give it to you until you call your supervisors supervisor to get a text sent to you very unprofessional was also told I’m not the only one dealing with this and that’s from people that have been working there before I started

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY Kind of long but worth the read. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company doesn’t even deserve a star rating option This company does not care about their employees or their clients. I have been sent out to multiple clients homes and turned away because they already had an aide there and did not inform me. Me and people that I know that work for this company were not paid for orientation like they said we were going to be. Also I have been told by an employee there I would be reimbursed for my ubers I had to take because of their mistakes and I have not and will not according to another employee be reimbursed. Myself and others have been sent out to clients homes who have contracted the COVID19 virus. This company leaves their clients alone all day for multiple times a week even the bedbound and 24hr care clients. I even had a client that had been sitting in her own stool for 3 hours before I got there. I called OnCall for help numerous times they was supposed to send somebody out to help me change her and give her a bed bath however nobody came out. That client sat in her stool for about 7 hours before the next aide came and helped her out. They have little to no work available and when they do it is never permanent. When a shift does become “permanent” you can never depend on it because they will snatch it away from you without a care in the world. I have had about 4 “permanent” cases and haven’t worked a single shift with them because of Aveanna taking them away. Their favorite excuse to use is “The clients old aide is coming back” when they don’t tell you ahead of time the client has an aide and the case really isn’t permanent. Sometimes even if you clock in and clock out on the app the company will not put your time in and you will have to go through a whole different process to get paid which becomes another hassle. I only worked for this company for 4 months but from this review you would have thought I worked for them for YEARS. If you have bills to pay this job is not for you at all. YOU WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED A FULL PAY CHECK AT ALL This company needs to be shut down for good. It’s horrible.

My nurse has been coming late for years. Sometimes she apologizes for coming late but most times she doesnt. She has a set time she is suppose to come on weeknights and weekends and she comes on her own time. I dont understand how the office doesnt notice this for payroll purposes. As a mom with a special needs child I look forward to the help to breathe or get stuff done. Now with the pandemic I dont want another nurse because I dont know where theyve been or how safe they are. This office needs to do better making nurses come on time.

Do NOT work here They offer benefits but dont tell you upfront that no matter what you must pay your premiums. I had over $100 deducted out of my pay for arrears which was more than 50% of the paycheck. In addition they are very disorganized. Not only do they not know the full extent of the schools needs they will not refund you unless you are on top of them. I wasted so much time resources and energy in this job. NEVER AGAIN AND DO NOT DO IT

I think they are all awesome I’ve worked with EPIC in the past and now going back with Aveanna. Upbeat office staff respectful nice.Many opportunities if you are willing. They will work with you. Lacey from what I remember from Epic is a doll Courtney who I started with to work with now is a sweetheart Great group of people Excited to work with everyone again

Office staff are very helpful and concerned for their patients. Highly recommend their services
