Center City Pediatrics - Bala Cynwyd's Online Review Report Card

When my son first started here 3 years ago, they were fantastic. I saw a change with long wait times, doctors seeing you just as another patient then a person, and the other staff just seeming to be annoyed or miserable. The only positive is that the nurses stayed the same which they are always friendly and caring. My son was diagnosed with autism and any special needs parent knows there is so much involved when it comes to a diagnosis like this. It would take so long (weeks to months) to get documents completed. I was always patient knowing to give it a week or so before checking in knowing my son isn't the only patient. When I received documents, they weren't filled out entirely at times or wasn't completed as asked. Because of this, I had to wait long again. One of the doctors didn't know how to fill out a common approval form to get my son ABA services to be sent to insurance. Basically, this office can do a better job being educated and up to date since there is a rise in the autism community. Sadly, I am transferring my son to a way better practice in Center City which they provide better service all around. I hope they change for the better.

The staff is amazing with my children , short wait time, the office is always very clean , visits are easy to schedule ,front desk is always polite and professional

We absolutely love Center City Peds and all the providers! The entire team from the front to the back staff, are always so caring, kind, and patient! They take their time to answer all of our questions! Their Bala Cynwyd location is so convenient for us! So grateful for them and all they do for our children! ❤️

I have four children under the age of 7, so I am at this office A LOT. My oldest has been a patient here since he was a year old. Maureen at the front desk is wonderful, and always does her best to get us in ASAP. I love all of the docs, and while they frequently run late, I expect and plan for this because I know they are working hard and providing dedicated and compassionate care to each of their patients. They are thorough and are particularly dedicated to staying up to date on evidence-based medicine, so I know they are making the most accurate recommendations. It's just a great practice, and I'm so grateful that it's so close to us!

We went to the bala location and the pediatrician dr Robinson (the female) was nice but now I’m trying to do another appointment and they’re saying they mandate all vaccines there for children except 1. Like what ??? What kind of place discriminates against a person not getting jabbed for religious reasons etc ? You can’t force anyone to get shots!! Don’t come here if you care enough about your religion or child to not comply with unnecessary shots and challenge them or inquire about the ingredients inside the shots
