I was VERY pleased with the services that I received from Dr. Pollard. She was thorough, gentle and friendly. I highly recommend her to anyone! And let's not forget the receptionist, Tina! She's so efficient and exhibited excellent customer care! If I could have rated 6 stars, I would have without hesitation!

I had an earlobe repair. Tina the receptionist greeted me with kindness and professionalism. Dr. Pollard was terrific. She was personable, friendly, efficient and fast. I strongly recommend using this office for any of your plastic surgery needs.

I was very pleased with my earlobe repair done by Dr. Pollard, but when I went back for the repiercing I was told I had to pay an Xtra $100 to repierce my 2nd hole that was repaired. Ms. Cox was very nice but she missed the mark we agreed on to put the 2nd hole so it looks very lopsided on one ear now. Needless to say I'm not very pleased with the outcome of my repiercing.

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Dr. Pollard. I came in for earlobe reconstruction as my earlobe had split. The surgery was financially reasonable, and could not believe that the follow up appt included me getting my ear re-pierced. As many places want to charge for the reconstruction and pay separately for re-piercing your ear. She is Bala Cynwyd's best kept secret. I informed my sister about her services. I am also a jewelry consultant and followed up with my fellow jewelry consultants to make sure they are aware of Dr. Pollard as well. If you are thinking about any of her services she provides please make a consultation as soon as possible. She is the real deal!
