How fortunate that Dr. Schrack was on call tonight! There had been no medical staff response to my calls during the day despite the possible urgency implied. (Apparently my message was incorrectly transmitted). Dr. Schrack responded quickly to my after-hours call. She authoritatively ruled out my concern about visual sequela to a head injury. I was confident in her ability to make a differential diagnosis on the basis of history and clinical evidence. She listened attentively, was very personable and was all one could want in a physician. She does not hang up her white coat at the end of the day. Rather, the impression is that of a practitioner dedicated to her work and who gives high priority to patient care.

Dr. Schrack and the team are thorough and take time explaining and going over exam. There is a respect level for me the patient and for each other in this office. Having amblyopia my eyes sight and care is important to find the best.

I have treated with Dr. Schrack for recurrent corneal abrasions and am highly satisfied with not only her competence, but her warm, caring, and friendly manner. As an example of her commitment to caring, I was in great discomfort for a corneal tear and she met me at the office within 10 minutes at 8:00 pm, opened the office, and treated my eye!!! Dr. Schrack is devoted and competent.
