Dr Moster and the entire team at the Wills Eye Hospital are terrific. I had a unique and worrying glaucoma case and was referred to Dr Moster. She her office and the Wills Hospital Clinic were responsive and quickly scheduled an appointment and then the surgery. Dr Mosters concern and attention to finding a solution were quite reassuring especially when the result was positive. The entire team worked together and no matter how busy they were made me feel like the top priority.

The best anywhere. She knows her stuff, PERIOD ! Great bedside manner, excellent ,communication skills and a great office staff. Can not say enough good things about her and her pleasant ,and well trained staff. Her excellent skills saved my eye sight, no doubt about it. Would recommend her to anyone , no matter what their eye sight problem is.

Dr. Moster is the Best My brother and I love her. She is personable and always make you feel comfortable. My brother pressure in his eyes were really high. She did procedures to correct it. He is doing fantastic now thanks to her. She has a great attitude. Audrice and Will are techs they are wonderful as well. I am so glad we were referred to Dr. Moster and her wonderful techs

On Friday November 1st, 2019 , I found Dr. Marlene Moster to be disrespectful, publically humiliating, patronizing, non professional, uncaring and down right uncompassionate. To amuse her staff, she wrote on a large sheet of paper that no I'm we were to be treated like VIP, as a jokeWhen in actuality all patients should really be treated that way.Every time my mother had an appointment with her she had to wait hours before she treated her. We were there from 1:30-about 4:30She took less than a minute to service my mother. She is always late morning, noon, or evening. I feel she takes on too many patients to care properly for each. Saturday November 2nd, 2019. A new day a new attitude, I want to apologize for publicly airing out my personal feelings about my yesterday experience because she did offer to make amends, and maybe, just maybe, really meant it sencerily.

With every appointment Dr. Moster gives me confidence to know that I’m getting the best possible care. She even went out of her way and consulted with another physician, off hours, to rule out a potential complication. Technical expertise combined with a compassionate bedside manner are rare qualities and I am grateful to be under her care.

Dr. Moster preformed a zen procedure on my right eye last May. The pressure was out of the ball park at 58. The average being 10 to 12 made it clear I required help before I lost my sight. Dr. Moster explained all aspects of this new procedure and in one week she preformed the surgery and it was a complete success. My pressure in my right eye is now 15. My regular eye doctor was very impressed with the result. She is a very talented yet down to earth professional. Her staff was exceptional as well. I would recommend her without reservation.

One of a kind physician. I was a new patient. She spent a lot of time with me explaining everything clearly and I left with a confident plan. She was thoughtful, caring, conservative in her treatment, wise and even had a sense of humor. Lucky to have found her!

I already wrote a review of my wonderful eye surgeon Marlene R.Moster MD. In my haste, I forgot to mention her wonderful staff. They were all so knowledgeable and helpful. A team of amazing people who aided me throughout my recovery.

I have been seeing her for a few years now and I can say she literally saved my eye and whatever is left of my eyesight. Dr. Moster actually cares about her patients and I love her optimism.
