I got my procedure done three months ago. It went very smoothly. Dr. Nam is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He has been easy to reach before and after my surgery. His team was efficient and skilled. I'm very happy with my results so far. I've had no issues or side effects whatsoever. I can't wait to see where I'm at in the next few months. I highly recommend PHR. Great place and reasonable cost.

I had a great experience with Dr.Nam during my hair transplant procedure. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I really appreciated how much care and attention he gave throughout the process. He worked hard to make sure I was comfortable the entire time, which made a big difference for me. Currently in the healing phase but definitely recommending to anyone considering this procedure! Will update later.

I went in for a simple tooth extraction. During and after the appointment he referred to me as crazy and spoke to me like a child when I asked him to explain a graft procedure. He's a mysogynist. Women, stay away from him. He's an angry man child.

Dr Nam and team walked me through each step of the procedure from beginning to end. They answered any and every question I had. I was skeptical at first but they made me feel comfortable so I went on with it. It was better than I thought . They also informed me to text or call if I have any concerns. Dr. Nam and his team were phenomenal! Had my hair transplant with him and I received 2500 grafts. Communication from the consultation, to booking, to pre-operative instructions was absolutely seamless. Dr. Nam harvested my grafts, created my hairline and his technicians placed all the grafts. After a few hair transplant consultations in the Philly area, I was always told that the technicians did most of it but in this case Dr. Nam did majority of the transplant which I was thoroughly impressed with! It was a long day but so worth it. Post operative instructions were thorough. I knew Dr. Nam was going to be my guy based off of so many Reddit reviews I read prior to my initial consultation. I'll be writing another review 6 months post-transplant. Thank you to you and your entire team Dr. Nam!!

Dr Nam has been nothing but accommodating, professional and communicative during the entire process. The benefits of having a local doctor perform this procedure should not be undersold. No matter the time of day he answered every questions and gave comprehensive guidance pre and post procedure. Most importantly, I cannot be more satisfied with my results!!!!
