I’m a new patient of Dr. Malcolm. Had an endoscopy and colonoscopy done by Dr. Malcolm. Believe him when he says “I am determined to provide excellence in patient satisfaction and standards of care”. Because he does! And he has an outstanding staff. A good Gastro around the Lehigh valley is hard to find. You won’t go wrong picking Dr. Malcom.

Dr Malcolm is absolutely fantastic. His bedside manner is impeccable. He LISTENS to not only your questions and concerns but he gets to know YOU as a person not just his patient. He genuinely builds a rapport with his patients and remembers small details. It is rare to find a healthcare provider like this nowadays. Love Dr Malcolm!

Very hard for me to pick the amount of stars for this review. Dr. Malcolm is the best doctor in the world - I love him and would hate to change doctors. The problem I have is with the reception staff. Do these people ever answer the phone? Do they ever return messages left on the recorded message? That is if you can even get to leave a message most times the mail box is full and you are unable to leave a message. Please Dr. Malcolm get a new reception staff or hire more people - maybe just one that only answers the telephone and returns telephone calls.

Dr. Malcolm has been my doctor since 2014. He is the most compassionate doctor out there. Dr Malcolm had gone above and beyond to save my life. I owe Dr Malcolm and his staff everything.

Dr Malcolm has been an absolute Godsend. I was hospitalized, gravely ill and his level of care was unprecedented. His bedside manner was impeccable, his humor was very much needed and refreshing and his desire to get to know his patients as people is incredible. He is one of the few Doctors that have left a lasting impression and he is a prime example of a Dr who genuinely loves what he does. Bravo Dr Malcolm!!!

Dr. Malcolm is a professional and very easy to discuss your diagnosis with, he makes you feel at ease. He easy to talk to and his bed side manner is incredible. He makes sure you understand everything and if you don't he explains it in words that you understand. GREAT DOCTOR

My husband had his first encounter with Dr Malcolm which was.extremely positive. He spoke of the time that Dr Malcolm spent with him and his true interest in what my husband was reporting to him . He said he “took notes and everything “. As a nurse I was happy to hear of him positive experience and after watching the testimonial clip of Dr Malcolm in line I was totally on board with him and the confidence and passion that he spoke of.
