List of Linda K Blose's Reviews
I’ve relied on Dr. Blose as my pcp for almost ten years now, on an intermittent, as-needed basis. It’s important to note that the duration coincided in its entirety with my battle with substance abuse. Never one to lie to my doctors about anything, I always valued the fact that Dr. Blose treated my situation and it’s many frustrating elements with a straightforward, “is-what-it is” manner that made my efforts at getting medical treatment feel stigma and disdain free. I was simply going to see the doctor as any person would and ought to when faced with an ailment. That was up until my visit just now. Things started poorly when I called to make the appointment, and upon briefly describing my ailment at the receptionist’s request, a second voice could very clearly be heard commenting, “oh won’t that just be fun.” For arguments sake, I’ll even give the benefit of the doubt to that moment, and begin my complaint at her attempt to dismiss, not diagnose my ailment without even looking at it. Against everything that the basis of our doctor/patient relationship had been built upon, Dr. Blose clearly attempted to address my visit with zero interest and instead practiced the application of addiction cliches. It literally took me exclaiming that I would have to find a new doctor for her to even pretend to assess my situation which she never actually did. The rest of the visit was me been required to request the various steps that would customarily have been suggested next by the physician to the patient. I will not be returning here as a patient, I can definitively state today. It may seem like overreacting to other people but anyone whom has dealt with obtaining medical attention in spite of a substance abuse disorder or has been close to someone that dealt with this obstacle knows how hard it can be and how easily the trust required to overcome it can be broken and irrevocably lost. They also discuss other patients information out loud in the office without restraint; such as down the hallway or office to office.
Absolute nightmare! My mother saw Dr. Blose for over 10 years and was so over medicated, masking a serious health issue that was causing the symptoms. When questions about prescribing oxycodone and other anti anxieties I was told "I didn't tell her she had to take them" and "sometimes sleep is what a person needs" when I said the medications were knocking her out. After leaving this practice and looking for the cause my mother was found to have NPH (fluid on the brain) and in need of a shunt that resolved many of her symptoms, however it is impossible to know how much of her remaining cognitive problems were caused by the medications given in that ten year period.
I asked a simple question during a visit about the covid vaccine and was given false information and yelled at, with the room door open, because I didn't agree with the choice of vax she wanted me to get. When I got home I looked at my visit report and saw that she had put I requested a medical exemption for my job and she refused it, which is not what had happened at all!! Now this is on my St Lukes chart permanently!! I have been seeing her for over 15 years and this is how she treats her patients!! No Thank You!! I went with my choice btw and feel just fine!! I will be switching Drs after being embarrassed like that in front of other patients and office staff (who are wonderful btw)!!!
Dr Blose is an absolute life saver I'm so happy I found her when I did. I now have my 3 boys and husband coming to her. I truly trust her and feel comfortable talking to her. Some of the staff. Well one of the staff girls thinks she can just say what she wants when she wants. But I don't appreciate her Unprofessionalism one bit. And apparently other people are bothered by her because when I mention my dr they love her but dislike the one answering the phone some days. And share my feeling Rant over.
For almost 4 years Dr Blose has provided best care for my various ailments. She has been very patient & informative. Has not hesitated to refer me & set up appointments with other doctors when needed. The office staff works well with patients.
Follows the book hastily and you get one chance to state your ailment.
Best doctor by far. Very caring and kind. Very very friendly staff. I consider them more like family then just a doctor!!!
Always helpful always polite office atmosphere
Friendly staff, cute office with seasonal inspirational reminders, and they will always do their best to see you that day. Marje, the office manager knows everyone's name and will ask you about your family and how they're doing
I should have learned the first time that this woman shouldn't be in practice. But ya know.. gave her a second chance. Went to her because I was having pressure in my temple which has gotten worse over the last year and a half and slowly started working it's way upward into my head. Only felt it once a month and it developed into a constant daily pressure (I made it very clear that it wasn't a headache). She looks in my ears and says "your eardrums are fine" and tries to immediately prescribe me meds. I ask what she's prescribing and she says "a chronic pain med." are you kidding me? I don't have chronic pain. I don't even have a headache. I told her that I didn't come there for meds, I came there to find out what the source of the problem was and she says "it's sucks getting older" I asked what we can do to figure this out and she said "just wait until it gets worse and then Maybe you'll have a case to get a CT scan". I told her that it's gotten worse over a year and a half... how much longer do I have to wait?? Also, I waited in the appointment room for 30 minutes. Heard her chatting with office staff outside having girl talk. One of the staff members was like "room 3 is ready." And she responded with "ugh, yeah, I know.." every time I am there she wants me in and out and tries to prescribe me meds. She doesn't give a flying crap about the patient. She should find a profession that she cares about because this one isn't it. Also, years ago she prescribed me amoxicillin. After I took the first pill i started gAving bad side effects. I called and told her what was going on and she Was like "nope that's not an allergy, keep taking it. I kept taking it and called back two days later. She kept telling me that my symptoms weren't from the medication and referred me to an internal medicine doctor who told me that I had an umbilical hernia just by touching my belly button twice. He wanted to do surgery immediately even though I was in immaculate physical condition. I stopped taking the amoxicillin and all of my symptoms went away. The morning of the surgery, I cancelled and told him that I need proof before he operates. He met me at the hospital where I had both an internal and external ultrasound, and a CT scan. None of them showed an umbilical hernia but he insisted that it was too small to see in a test. I ended up having the surgery. Years later (after the statute of limitations) I was prescribed amoxicillin by a different doctor and had the same exact symptoms. I called my new doctor and she said that my symptoms were common with an allergy and she's seen it multiple times with other patients. Here, I was a victim of malpractice because dr. Blose refuses to listen to me and my symptoms. She wants money!!!!!! I wish I would have found out earlier because she would have been sued for all she's worth. DONT GO TO HER!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
