This is a couple of my experiences. Never get in at appointment time. Got first appointment of the day to ensure I would be on time and limit missing work. Still 20 min late??? Could hear them in the hall talking about how everyone’s weekend went. Now they do video call, appointment was 11:30 didn’t get video chat invite until 12:15. Couldn’t sign in so I called office and was told they where at lunch. Waited until after lunch hours and was told I need to reschedule for the following week. I made the appointment for that day because i needed a release to return to work after Covid. Told them I can’t wait another week I need to report to work. She told me too bad and hung up the phone. I will be finding a new doctors office.

Dr Farland has been rude at every visit. I had seen her approximately 5 times over 2 years. I always felt rushed or cut off. The last time I had a yearly checkup I felt good. I wanted to stop taking a medication. She took time to do a search about my questions while I was there. My appt was at 8:30am. I waited over 2 hours to see her. It had been going on 3 hours when I told her that I had to leave to get my preschooler off the bus. She go upset and told me maybe I should find another doctor. I said ok. I had planned on seeing Dr Heinle or the nurse practitioner but when I called to schedule an appointment with them I was told that I can no longer see the doctors within that practice. I was never notified of this. I was not rude to Dr Farland. All I said was ok but I didn't not argue, my focus was to pay my copay and get my child safely...

She is a phenomenal physician and diagnostician. She assesses her patients and takes time to hear symptoms. Very thorough

I think Dr. Farland is the best. You should bring a book for the wait, but to me it is worth it because she is willing to listen to each patient and take time to explain everything. So glad to have found her.
