Nice dr! I don't like go to there is getting shot it hurt my arm!!! But nice worker!
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would!!! I'm APPALLED by the way I was just treated. I called today to attempt to schedule my daughters' annual visits. Last year, we scheduled our visits in August because we were not in town around the beginning of the year when we typically schedule our appointments. I spoke to my insurance company that informed me I could schedule these appointments this month and would still be covered. The first person that I spoke with at Bellevue Pediatrics told me that I'd have to agree to be billed twice because it wasn't exactly a year since the previous visits. I assured her that I recently spoke with my insurance company and they told me I was covered for the visits. She argued with me and with a nasty attitude told me that I would in fact be billed twice, then hung up. I had to call back three more times before the second person picked up, who treated me just as disrespectfully, laughing like it was a joke that I was now very upset that at this point I could've already had my appointments scheduled and moved on with my day. I told her that all I wanted was to please let the billing comments go and to please just schedule my daughters' appointments. She repeated the same thing again and then hung up on me. I called back in yet again and the same woman answered, obviously recognized my number, and laughed as she said I needed to check into a psych ward before hanging up on me again. This is a PEDIATRICIAN'S OFFICE. There is absolutely no reason to EVER treat anyone like this, let alone a parent!! I called back AGAIN and spoke to someone named Destiny who refused to give me the names of the other people answering the phones so that I could report being treated in that way to a supervisor. If you're familiar with the office, it's very small and there are less than 5 receptionists at any given time. For multiple representatives of a PEDIATRIC OFFICE to be treating a parent like this is wildly unacceptable and unprofessional. Let alone if a patient or other parent in the waiting area heard them speaking in such a way!! I was told by the other two receptionists that there was no supervisor in today, yet was told by Destiny there IS one in and put me on hold. I've now been waiting for 30+ minutes. Destiny said that now the supervisor is busy but I am adamant about resolving this issue at this point, so I am waiting until the supervisor is available while on hold on the phone to ensure I'm not conveniently forgotten about. All I wanted to do is take literally 5 minutes to schedule annual appointments. Now I don't even feel comfortable going to this office! Unfortunately, this isn't the first bad experience for us here but it was not with the receptionists last time. We will not be back to this office again, and I will absolutely be following through with a report for the way I was spoken to.
Great Staff. Caring Doctors.
DR. Silk is fantastic and a treasure. Office is staffed by incompetent bulldozing trash.
They are always very gentle and nice to my daughter and helps her feel comfortable. Very child friendly staff and Drs.
If I could give this place zero stars I would Don’t take your kids here they will call cyf on you and make false allegations of abuse Definitely don’t let your kids see dr. Bigalow the smallest thing she says is abuse My son who’s 7 weeks was labeled as a failure to thrive by dr bigalow and she responded by calling cyf instead of helping with breastfeeding which is new to me and helping me find a lactation consultant who could help me produce more breast milk and learn the right way to breast feed My son lost weight to over breast feeding and burning off all the calories he was taking in He’s gained his weight but now they refuse to let us leave the hospital because of dr bigalows false reports Currently waiting on a lawyer to get back to me to either file a lawsuit against the dr or the whole practice DONT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE ! Also the staff is rude when you try and ask questions you get attitude and definitely don’t go up to the window in the office cause they will yell at you
Call to make appointment for my son who basically collapsed on football field has a inhaler but eventually had to be be taken to hospital by ambulance they diagnosed dehydration call Bellevue to make follow up appointment rude person answer phone and all I was trying was to get my son a follow up appointment that was required by hospital we have been going to this place for years dr excellent we are done with them it is going downhill there
Dr Green is awesome the rest I'm sorry horrible experiences I'm removing my 5 kids
My in person with Dr. Greene & the nurses were great. I’m not sure if it’s her directly or somebody else that MyUPMC messages initially go through to but after sending 3 messages within 7/8 days I just had to call because no response (normally you get a next day sometimes even same day response). When calling, the receptionist is extremely rude & unprofessional. They need a new one IMMEDIATELY.
Wave off concerns , misdiagnosis of things 75% of follow report were incorrect and provided false information, medical history missing key diagnosis that was done 5 years ago not listed on chart.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
