We had a challenging first couple months getting fully staffed but during that process the 365 staff was dedicated to getting us there. Now we absolutely love our full time nurses and working with the agency staff (s/o Athena, Azaria, and Stephanie) is a breeze.

We have a young lady who is providing services to our granddaughter who has special needs so far things are going very well. She’s very professional, very helpful and has been a pleasure to work with her and observe her with my granddaughter. I see my granddaughter making improvements with personal hygiene and with keeping her room clean

365 Health is understanding and committed to providing great services. We felt welcome from the first meeting with the clinician and scheduler to the case manager and nurse assigned to us. The process was quick and easy and my son absolutely loves his nurse! Highly recommend this agency for skilled nursing care for your loved one!

Let me share a little bit about this company. This company is a scam they are all about money, they do not care about their clients all they care about is making money off the clients they bring in. My aunt has been with this company for a few years and they have been nothing but a headache. The aides they send out to her would just sit and do nothing and that was when they would send an aide. They would stick up for the aides and never listen to the client this company is horrible my sister had to step in and take care of our aunt and the problems were only getting worse the best decision ever was to get our aunt away from this company. Before my sister started with my aunt she was in bad shape physically and mentally but since she has been with her she has been doing so much better and for this I am grateful. I don’t know how this company is even still in business. They make sure they are getting paid from insurance company but won’t send aide to client house and then say oh well they send the aide away which is a total lie. I believe that is called insurance fraud. I will be calling insurance company next to make them aware next about the things that are going on.

Azaria, Athena and the rest of the 365 staff have been so helpful to our family. The nurses are professional and compassionate. I’m so lucky to have been connected to 365 while my child was in the NICU. Working with 365 has kept him safe and home!
