Baker Family Medial Associates's Online Review Report Card

I've been a patient at Dr.Baker's office for 5 years and have received exceptional care from NP Cheryl, NP Laura and of course Dr.Baker. Thank you for always addressing my concerns and answering a lot of my silly questions without judging me! I also want to note the office is very clean and every time i am there i see the staff wiping down counters and doorknobs lol.If you don't like getting blood taken the girls there do a great job- thank you Nurse Priya.Big shout out to Sue & Liz for always making me laugh and for always answering the phone because other offices i have gone to do not do that!

I have been a patient of Dr. Baker even before she opened her own practice. She is a great physician and goes above and beyond for her patients. She is knowledgeable and respectful and expects nothing less from her staff. I was diagnosed with POTS before POTS was any major research was being done. Dr. Baker took it upon herself to research my condition further than any private physician would have been expected to and pointed me in the right direction for specialized care while remaining my primary physician. She is the type of physician that gives doctors a good name and makes people want to take care of their health. If you want a caring, knowledgeable primary physician team, Br. Baker and her staff are the way to go.

Dr. Baker is an incredible physician and I've seen a lot throughout my lifetime. My parents and I have been seeing her for years now. I've also seen Cheryl Noe CRNP and found her to be excellent as well. They both listen, are empathetic, and truly want to help you find solutions for your health problems. I've had some unique health issues over the years, and I am so grateful that Dr. Baker believed in me and helped me get all of the testing and access to specialists that I needed. She is also supportive of making lifestyle changes alongside any medication recommendations. Office staff have always been kind, and the office itself is nice and welcoming. I know that primary care physician offices across the country are facing a high demand right now due to shortages. I wish all of the staff at Baker Family Medical Associates lots of extra compassion during this time!

Dr. Baker has been my PCP for close to 10 years and has taken care of my parents for longer. I really appreciate her approach to medicine and the compassionate, skillful, and thoughtful care she consistently provides. I am grateful for her excellent care!

Very easy to make an appointment, very polite staff. 1st visit with Dr. Baker. Excellent 1st visit, spent a good deal of time speaking, explaining, and guiding. I could not be happier with his staff or his service. Excellent results as well so far. Called to move my second appointment and was easily rescheduled with a very polite receptionist. I am not sure what went on with other posts I read but I can tell you my experiences so far have been stellar. I absolutely recommend Dr. Baker and associates.

Dr jessisa Baker, she is simply the best ! Smart and caring, when you go see her you know your concerns will be addressed.

Very disappointed of the front desk impatience. I do not recommend even start any conversations with the front desk stuff. Absolutely disgusted. P.S I agree with the people who say the same or had same experience. They heard my accent and changed their attitude 🥺😢 Despite attempting to maintain a friendly demeanor, the staff seemed disinterested in assisting me and displayed a lack of professionalism in their interactions. It was evident that customer service was not a priority for them.

I phoned this office to schedule an appointment, but the receptionist immediately began yelling at me without even hearing what I had to say. It's unacceptable! She was rude and impatient, and I haven't even met with the doctor yet. My first impressions of this office are extremely negative, solely because of the front desk staff.

Such an unprofessional and rude stuff. They made an appointment and then cancelled it themself. They are extremely uncommunicative and even provocative. If you want to save your nerves, i recommend not go there.
