I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Chaudhry and the staff. Dr. Chaudhry did cataract surgery on me a week ago I see so much better. His staff are always nice to me. I've been going there for 2 years never had a problem. I think he is a great Dr.

Worst service ever! Don’t go there

So bad experience...My daughter was prescribed wrong eye number both eye but when new glasses arrived.....with prescribed glasses she was not able to see properly stilll.....we went to different eye doctor and they found that this doctor's office didnt care to provide correct prescription ...we got new prescription from different practice and got correct glasses...we are not happy with service and surley not recommending this doctor to friends n family for kids eye glasses.....after complaining about their service ...i got rude office response.....not recommending for kids eye checkup....

I was referred to this doctor to examine my cataract. I was diagnosed about 9 years ago and I periodically have it checked to get advice on surgery I never saw the ophthalmologist, however, a person who didn't introduce himself, (maybe Dr Joseph) quickly told me I have a little cataract, my glasses gives me 20/20 vison , I should use an over the counter eyedrops and come back in 8 months. He also informed me that I didn't need a new prescription for my glasses but he will 'up it' a little for my new glasses. Never dilated my pupils, ignored the fact that I can't see a night and anything else I said. I was new to this facility so I left. I decided to call and ask why I never saw the doctor or why weren't my pupils dilated and checked for the disease like my previous doctor did. I then realized this establishment set me up incorrectly , whether it was on purpose I don't know, What I do know is they offered me an appointment at the end of the week to correct the error. I asked if I will be charged another $95 copay, they said no it will be $65 (remember I never went there for glasses) when I objected Navela the office manager told me she had the Dr.Chaudhry look at pics of my eyes and my 9 year cataract is small and I can come back in 6,7,8, month (mumble). She also informed me I didn't need to be dilated, they can just read the pics they took. I work with a few people who visit this facility for similar problems and I am the only one whose pupils weren't dilated. Bottom line, they make a mistake and the refused to correct it. They informed me I had a high deductible but I ignored the statement since it wasn't a problem, I paid my bill on the spot. I am still trying to understand how they get away with this behavior. When I have surgery, this prescription will not be correct and I will have to pay in full for new eye exam. It was my first and last visit to ICLaser. I moved from California to PA and dealing with this group was my worst experience at a doctors office. Please don't not support this group until they make changes.

I’ve been coming to this Dr for about over a decade now I can’t really complain about the Dr but the other Staff in this office will be getting the 1 star rating if I could give them negative thumbs down that’s what I would rate them, Most recently I went for a routine check up and I needed some Prescription glasses which they were no help at all the young lady that helped me was not helpful at all or knowledgeable or even wanted to try to help me and just told me my insurance didn’t cover glasses and the cheapest pair is $ 150 as she looked down on me, If anyone is reading this and you need an eye exam and glasses America’s Best has a great deal A free Eye exam with 2 pair of Glasses for 69.99. Very negligent and miserable staff! Changed our appointment 3 times to different days. They do not know how to run a business.

The doctors are very rude with no discipline in the staff. they changed the date multiple times and made my mom suffer and finally I had to change the doctor. So I request no buddy go there.

I actually want to give negative five stars but that is not an option. The staff and doctors are the worst I have ever met. The staff routinely dehumanizes patients and looks down on them. The doctor will never talk to you directly in case of any issues and you will be bumped from office to surgery center and back if you try to get the doctor. My grandmother went blind waiting for her cataract surgery to be performed after they lied to us about the surgery dates multiple times. They will never give you any written date or documentation so that you can prove your surgery date. I received 8 calls before the surgery to confirm the date and then the staff denied having the surgery scheduled on that date. They had multiple pre surgery appointments to get money from insurance after canceling the surgeries on the last dates. I would recommend going to another doctor to be treated like a human.
