Livengrin Foundation's Online Review Report Card

All I can say is and with confidence, this facility by far tops a majority of these state run places. I mean detox alone had hotel style beds, real comforters and pillows. Opiates was my demise and I'll tell you what, for over 15 years of addiction of opiates, this was the first and only place where my detox actually when really smooth. Overall just a clean and neat place. People are going to always have certain negative things to say... unfortunately that's today's society. No facility is by any means perfect. Yeah livengrin for sure needs to hire some employees but for what it's worth....they do the best they can and I've always appreciated the things they do....and lastly shout out to ABE!!! Hands down best counselor and growing up how I did...coming to find out him and I sort of walked down similar path as kids so he helped me more than words could ever explain. THANKS!

I was discharged today and Five stars for the staff that has been there for years and to the nurses for sure. As for the Detox counselor she has little compassion for anyones situation and shows no effort to help. I witnessed her yell at a patient who wanted rehab into changing his mind and leaving that day. She lied to me saying they no longer offer rides home. She is a cold person, and a counselor dealing with sick patients is not the job for that type of person. Again, as for the nurses and staff techs they try they’re hardest to keep everything running smooth while the facility is grossly understaffed.

Extremely rude and un-caring staff.I was called a Liar when I told them I could not eat a meal due to my allergies,I told them my allergies the moment I walked in the door,and did not receive dinner due to this.I spent 2 days with NO medication while detoxing from alcohol.I finally lost my temper by raising my voice when a "nurse" flicked her hand at me and said "go away".I was then kicked out,40 miles from home,soaked in sweat and shaking...They have NO Programs on the detox ward and serve cold food.It seemed as though they went out of their way to make the experience as stressful as possible.STAY AWAY!!!!

I became a frat member at Livingrin, which is a program, for First Responsers, Livingrin and that program has definitely opened up my eyes and let me see a whole nother world that I didn’t know existed. I continue to give back whenever I get the chance!!!!

Livengrin 100% saved my life If it wasn't for this rehab i would have been still on the streets getting high. All of the staff techs here go out of their way to help all the patients. My counselor Eric was the best. He literally does everything in his power to make sure everything works out for you while you're here and even when you leave. its a phenomenal experience and i 10/10 recommend anyone who needs to seek treatment to give livengrin a chance you wont regret it at all.
