Second visit today. The doctor was amazing. Listened to all my concerns with patience. He also educated me about his practice. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They will answer questions patiently and with respect. The building is very clean and well kept. I will keep coming.
I've been coming here now for a few years. I feel after all this time I can give an honest review of this office & it's staff. The staff is very personable they listen to you & answer all your questions in a timely, if they don't have an answer they tell you they will get back to you with one & most of the time it's while you're still their in the office. Dr.Gorti is very nice, easy going a good quality for a doctor & makes for a great bed side manner. He does all the same things most of my other family doctors did but he asks a lot of questions & just sits there listening to your answers and taking notes. I feel he truly hears what I'm saying about my health concerns. Dr. Gorti has played a a big part in helping me make progress in regain my quality of life. I also appreciate that all your testing can be done right here in same building. God bless and keep up the good works.
Very poor experience, I always felt they cared more about their business than they did about my care. They never notified me that the person who was treating me had left the practice, not once, not twice but three times! I kept getting assigned to a doctor at the practice that I had specifically told them that I did not want to see. He spent most of a visit that I had a very serious medical concern about not listening to me and going on and on about the practices overall business model. I am here for my medical concerns not for your sales pitch! I also had other concerns about treatment options that did not meet my needs or that would have adverse reactions with medicines that I was already taking.
The staff is amazing and very tentative, always respond to messages & gets back to their patients rather quickly. Super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Crystal & the front desk ladies are amazing!! Dr. Gorti is by far the best PCP I have ever had. Would definitely recommend him to anyone! He truly cares about his patients & their well being & it really shows. His bedside manner is amazing & really goes above & beyond for his patients. 100/100 for this practice
Urine test no problem
They have been great since I had to switch doctors. They are thorough with any concerns I may have.
Nothing positive to say about my experience at this family practice. My doctor wrote a script for a mammogram after I mentioned that I am breastfeeding. When in doubt, I called the reception to verify if that’s safe, I was referred to the scheduling staff to ask them. Should I mention what look I got when I showed up for my mammogram? Steer clear!
Rachel Ennis is absolutely amazing! One of the best doctors I have ever had. The entire staff is super friendly. I have not had a bad interaction at this office. I always feel well cared for. Lab work is super duper easy. You can pretty much get everything done right away and all lab staff is just as kind. Cannot recommend this location enough and have shared it with many friends who have switched.
Getting lab work here is abalsolutely terrible. I was told I could go any time during business hours, got there, family practice never sent the script over. Then, after waiting an hour, they tell me they don't do my test on Fridays despite the day before telling me they did when I asked. Worst management ever.
Set up as provider several weeks ago for my niece. Transferred all records immediately. Called to make an appointment for my niece, who has a sore throat and was told their first available appointment for a new patient is April and advised me to take her to urgent care. Just curious what kind of family doctors advise their patients to goto Urgent Care instead of getting them an appointment?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
