I came to this place to open medical insurance, it was good, the care came with my mother, she forgot some $100 hearing aids, the girl wanted to talk to her but she was more upset and the worst thing was, they told me I'm not going to lie about hearing aids, I'm not I said that she is lying or something, I don't know, but a lady came out and listened to my version of things and told me that nothing can be done and Thank you and goodbye. yo vine a este lugar para abrir un seguro médico fue buen la atención viene con mi madre ella se olvido unos audífonos de 100 dólares la chica quise hablar con ella pero más alterada y lo peor me dicen yo no voy a mentir por unos audífonos yo no dije que ella mintiente o algo nose pero una señora salió me escucho mi versión de las cosas y me dijo que no se puede hacer nada y Grasias y adiós

Wonderful staff and clinicians here; they really care about the community. Knowledgeable physicians, they are fluent in many languages, and provide great care for my entire family. The office helped us get insurance, gave us weekly food boxes when we were struggling financially, and even provided transportation to and from appointments. So happy to have found this office; they are real lifesavers !

No answering phone. Come on I called about the referral in the beginning of the week. And then you say call this number. Yeah 30 minutes on hold. Please figure it out Trinity/ St Mary's.

Our kids always have a positive experience and the Docs and Nurses are great. We always get all the information we need and they answer all of our many questions.

They don’t answer the phone or take u at the time u scheduled ur appointment. I went for my appointment at 3 pm and didn’t leave for 3 hours. I also call often to refill my asthma medicine and not only do they take forever to refill it sometimes they don’t answer the phone. Wouldn’t recommend this office at all

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. It’s actually a joke how unprofessional the girls at the front are. They never give you a solution for you problems. They were playing on their phones when I walked in and they were so rude to me. I never write reviews but this place got me so upset that I have to. The Hispanic girls can’t even help they’re onw pleople they’re so rude and unprofessional. I’m going to try to not get sick so I NEVER GO BACK. That’s why they have one star.
