Dr. Arnold is excellent and professional. Wealth of knowledge and excellent bedside manners. Well organized.

Both hips replaced by Dr. Arnold. Minimum of pain...maximum use again.

Dr Arnold and his team’s are phenomenal. Dr Arnold is very thorough, when it’s come to overall health, especially when surgery is involved. He and his stuff are caring and understand, but most of all passionate about what he does. Been in the medical profession myself, it’s heard dealing with individual, especially in the World we’re living in today. I am great full to God for giving Dr Arnold the Brain and Knowledge, that he used everyday, to make another happy. Thank you so much for giving me life again.♥️🌹

Office staff friendly and knowledgeable

I started seeing William Aronald on Sept 9th 2022. I can lose weight but can kept it off. I really like him. He explained everything in detail. I have to have 12 visits, so I either go in office or they call me for my appointment. I was in a hurry after my 1st appointment bc I had another Dr's appointment at 3pm. (His was at 1pm). Anyways I got my 1st 2 appointments scheduled then I left. I called back Monday to set up the rest. Who ever helped me messed it up. I was expecting every Monday for a phone call. Ugh. I had a Monday, the the following week a Friday (which was yesterday then they scheduled me for Monday. (3 days later). I called yesterday and got the call service which I hate bc they are no help. They canceled my appointment for Monday. I asked if they could have the office call me bc I wanted to reschedule it. They told me no bc I had an appointment at 2pm and I could just wait. (My 12th appointment was on Nov 21st, in the hopes to have surgery the week b4 Christmas). I get an email for Dec 15th as my last appointment (3 weeks after what was suppose to be my last), then I was told I couldn't have surgery in December bc I had to go to a scottsdale hospital do to my insurance. Dr. Vinay called me shortly after all of this. I was so upset bc I had already met my deductible and was working on my out of pocket deductible. I told him I wanted my surgery in December bc of this and there was no way I could met my deductible again if I had to wait for next year. He told me that I'm doing good, trying to calm me down. Asked if I have seen anyone about weight loss b4 going to them. I did go to one place, where I was put on Wegovy 0.25mg back in June. To this day, I still haven't been able to get it. He told me to bring him the office visit notes. He's gonna try to make that one of my "visits". He said we are here to make your life easier, not harder. If I can get surgery in December, I will give them 5 's. I'll update once it gets closer to time.

In 2018, Dr Arnold performed a failed hip replacement and created a 1 1/2 inch leg length discrepancy. It was so bad, he decided to try to correct it with another complete hip replacement surgery 12 days later. I tanked, having to be in the hospital for 11 days following that surgery. I will have to wear a lift in my shoe for life. As a former healthy athlete, this could not have been a worse outcome. My warning to you is if things go wrong, Dr Arnold and Rothman will drop you like a hot potato. I still have never gotten an explanation about what went wrong. No Orthopedic surgeon will take me on as a patient because they say that my hips are such a mess, no one wants to be responsible for another bad outcome. Beware because the next person with a mistake could be you.

The employees were very pleasant,efficient and knowledgeable. I was a bit nervous knowing I needed a hip replacement ,however once meeting with dr.Arnold I immediately felt at ease. He took the time to explain in detail the entire procedure,did not pressure me to make a hasty decision,did a thorough examination and answered all questions or concerns I had. I have complete confidence in his ability as a surgeon.

Dr. Arnold is patient and understanding. He will be doing my total hip replacement surgery next week. I have met with him several times and feel very confident that I am in good hands with him. I had been putting off this necessary surgery for a while, but since I've been under the care of Dr Arnold, I feel I can trust him to do the job.

Dr Arnold is an excellent surgeon. My left knee was replaced by him 6 years ago with no complications. My right knee was replaced 18 years ago by another surgeon who had since retired. Dr Arnold sees me for yearly check ups in order to monitor the implants. He provides a complete examination and reminds me how to care for them The Rothman staff are well trained, polite and on time.

Dr Arnold has been my Doctor for over 10 years and has done two joint replacements on me. He is excellent with his caring and compassionate bedside manner and extremely knowledgeable with his experience. He is a truly gifted surgeon who handled my surgeries with ease even though they must have been tough due to my medical conditions. Thank you for taking care of me, Dr Arnold. I have and would highly recommend Dr. Arnold. The NE Phila office is beautiful with friendly and professional staff.
