The worst ever. Lost glasses, For weeks, then the bifocal was in wrong place. Took months to get our glasses.

Dr. McKee answered my on call message and set me up with an appointment immediately to check an eye injury which I was very concerned about! They put me at ease! I ended up seeing Dr. Pinter. He is awesome. He exmained my eyes and they were completely fine compared to another doctor that misdiagnosed me the other day! I am happy I trusted my gut and didnt follow the previous doctor's treatment. I would have taken a steroid for nothing! The doctors and staff here are just so friendly and make you feel at home. I'm so glad I called and got in today for an appointment so quickly! I highly recommend Advanced Vision Care to anyone looking for a new eye doctor. Thank you!

I recently called to get an urgent appointment for an eye issue. When I asked if they had an ophthalmologist, the person I spoke with had a very stern tone and responded in a snarky manner by stating they have three doctors. She didn't ask about my symptoms or the nature of my issue. While I understand that staff can have a busy or difficult day, her overall lack of interest and professionalism was off-putting, and I ultimately chose to go to a different provider. If the practice is interested in reviewing my experience, my call was made on 8/20/25 at approximately 9:17am. I'm sure your calls are recorded and a review of the interaction could be a valuable training tool.

Dr.Briggs was tremendous. He had such genuine care and gave all my concerns honest and in depth thought and did everything he could for me. He was kind and very informative with every test he did and the results. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend advanced vision care to everyone.

I’ve been a loyal patient at Advanced Vision Care since moving to the South Hills of Pittsburgh 17 years ago. Their service has consistently been excellent, and every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been positive and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable and comprehensive vision care.

I have been going to Advanced Vision Care for years now and they never disappoint! Everyone is always very friendly and knowledgeable and make the whole process easy and seamless. My recent visit with Dr. McKee was great. Her and Dr. Pinter are always very thorough, professional, and attentive every time I go in for an exam. And I love my new pair of sunglasses! Highly recommend going here!

If you want a pleasant experience at the optometrist, go here!!! Everyone from the reception staff, the administrative staff, the optometrist (I see Dr. Pinter), and the optician, is so kind and helpful. I've been going here for 5 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else!

I go to Advanced Vision Care every year for my check up because of how wonderful they are. The front desk is very friendly and I spend no time in the waiting room before going back for my exam. The tech I had last visit (Emily) is very professional and efficient with the tests prior to seeing the doctor. She was kind and patient throughout the process. The doctors I have seen (Dr. Pinter and Dr. McKee) are the most amazing, caring, and observant eye doctors I have had in my life. Checking out is a breeze and I only have to wait a few days till my contacts get shipped right to my house. Everything at this office is welcoming and convenient. Couldn't recommend Advanced Vision Care enough!
