I found Dr. Kotar on the search for a new PCP for my three children as they graduated from college. He’s personable, inquisitive, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this young, professional primary care physician who’s office is across from South Hill Village.

Dr Kotar is a dream come true. After reading many reviews and looking for a great physician. I picked Dr Kotar. He is highly educated in his field, a great personality that totally cares about you, takes the time to listen to what bothers you, explains fantastically your problem and how he will solve it, and the best that he has been 100% right in his diagnosis. I feel like I made an excellent choice and absolutely love him....he is fantastic.

I switched from a PCP of over 20 years to Dr. Kotar a year ago. I have found him to be very caring, listens to my concerns, and explains things in terms that I understand. He remembers things I tell him about my family and always asks about them. Dr. Kotar cares about all of me, not just my physical health, because he knows it all connects. And he even knows which specialists are with my insurance! That's unheard of! I HAVE recommended him to others!
