Christopher Novak's Online Review Report Card

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Novak and this office. I can always call and have them come in for a sick appointment, almost always the same day. They all know our kiddos and their siblings and talk to them as such, making them more comfortable. I feel our concerns are always heard and valued as such. Not many offices as personable as this one around anymore and it's the reason we continue to make the commute even after we moved further.

Dr. Novak is kind, compassionate and intelligent. I trust all of his advice with my two children. He personally calls me back if I have questions from home and takes the time to really get to know us as a family. Highly recommend.

First of all, Dr. Novak is a fantastic physician and his bedside manner is unparalleled. He gave both of our sons fantastic care...for 16 years. Be aware that once your child hits 16, the office refuses them. So, we were stuck in a situation where our sons were too old for their pediatrician and too young for our family primary care physician. How ridiculous is that? Also, the office staff are just a nightmare and really seem as though they do not care about kids.

I drove in the pouring rain with three kids to transfer their records to this office. The woman at the front desk was beyond rude and wouldn’t accept the way our previous pediatricians office put the records together. I decided to find another pediatrician because of the way I was treated.

Dr. Novak is outstanding. He is caring and takes his time explaining everything that is going on with your child. Unfortunately, my daughter was hospitalized at CHOP a few years ago and he would follow up with us everyday that she was there. He is a great pediatrician.

Dr. Novak is an intelligent, compassionate, and caring physician who takes his time and answers any and all questions. I trust him and his medical opinion, we take all three of our children here. He also has great life stories and loves to provide some fun teaching moments. Highly recommend.

Dr. Novak is a great and thorough doctor. He is patient and kind. Will take the time to answers any questions and never lets a teaching moment pass by.

Great pediatrician!

Staff is terrible! The staff do not care about your child! It is extremely hard to get a sick appointment and the hours of operation are ridiculous!

Dr. Novak has been our family pediatrician for 5 years. He's an excellent physician and has excellent bedside manner and we are very pleased with his care. During our most recent visits his front office staff has went from tolerable to becoming an absolute nightmare to deal with. There is zero customer service provided and a healthy dose of bad attitude. They come across as an arrogant, entitled and lazy group. I expect more from my Physician's office. I would certainly never be able to treat people the way my wife and I are treated by his staff (and she's a Physician as well - not that should matter).
