Didn’t take my husbands condition seriously. She herself admitted lung nodules over 8mm should be further tested. His was 12 by 15 mm. She had us wait 3 months. It grew another 1mm in that time to 13x 15mm. She then wanted to wait another 3months. We requested further testing to find out if it was cancer. She refused then pushed back his next CT scan to 6 months as punishment for questioning her. I do not recommend. His life is not something to be taken so lightly. She also lied about sending a referral out for a second opinion. She said she would to me but later called my husband and told him “no” find your own second opinion.

I seen her today, I am suffering lingering symptoms from covid and pneumonia. She was caring, attentive, listened and had a game plan. I've been sick for 6 long weeks. And she is doing everything in her power to make sure I am comfortable after suffering so long. Though my appointment took place in my car she still provided accurate care. Thank you for caring

Today I was seen by a dental assistant and by Dr Courtney Miller-Reid. Everyone that I’ve met in this practice has been very courteous, pleasant, and punctual. My visit today included a cavity repair of a front mandibular tooth, grinding and smoothing a sharp protruding broken root, and X-ray studies in anticipation of having an implant. I required no anesthesia , and the only discomfort was from retracting my lips and mouth while she was working.

Office staff unknowingly billed me for a procudeure that they knew I didn't have coverage for and I did not approve. No response to my written request. Will probably have to go to court over it. Nice doctor, but completely dishonest and unscrupulous practice. Too many other good doctors in the area to stay with this group.
