David Allen's Online Review Report Card

As usual Dr Allen always offers explanations and "hears" your concerns and personal insights regarding your health. His answers are easily understood and never rushed. He is unusual in this most important patient care. This has been lost to the 'how fast can we move through people' concept which is the basic current system. Thank you Dr. Allen.

I was recommended to Dr Allen but upon asking his rates he charges $425 for first visit which is an hour and then $225 for follow-up which is 20-30 minutes. He does not take insurance. I asked if he had a sliding scale for regular working (non wealthy) folks but he does not. It's too bad because I think he could help me. I saw him speak once and he had a lot of passion for helping people but I guess it's just for the wealthy he caters to. oh well

I had a consult today and truly felt like Dr. Allen was listening to me. It's kinda of rare not to be rushed while telling your story. He has a terrific demeanor, and I look forward to embarking on my path with him.

This doctor will educate you on everything you don’t ask! He also will tell you everything wrong you need to know about any existing conditions or diseases you have, even though you’ve lived with them for years! Also, he won’t let you get in any words, and don’t worry about keeping the conversation going because he LOVES to talk about everything he knows! HE KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HUMAN BODY AND EVERYTHING THAT HAS EVER BEEN WRONG PHYSICALLY WITH ANYONE!! Oh and all of the doctors I’ve talked to previously and all research I’ve done is completely invalid! He will also be sure to take everything you’re saying as a threat! Oh and he will put his arm on the door holding it closed when you’re extremely anxious and the appointment is unproductive and you want to leave! AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO ENLIGHTENED AND I AM SO GLAD I PAID $30 FOR THIS MAN TO TELL ME EVERYTHING HE LEARNED IN MEDICAL SCHOOL CENTURIES AGO! If you want to hear someone talk arrogantly and disrespectfully to you and belittle you into feeling anxious and shaky, GO TO MED EXPRESS IN FAIRMONT WV AND ASK FOR DR. ALLEN!!! Great guy. Loved the visit. WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE WHO EVER HAS ANY ISSUE EVER BECAUSE DR. ALLEN KNOWS EVERYTHING AND CAN EDUCATE YOU FURTHER!!

Dr. Allen and his staff are wonderful people, friendly and incredibly caring. Dr. Allen truly changed my life! After meeting him over a year ago my health has improved dramatically. He is the only doctor that has taken the time and run the proper tests to actually identify what was going with my health. He took a caring yet scientific approach that finally gave the answers I needed to feel better. He then implemented a natural course of treatment that worked! It is miraculous how much better I feel. He really is a highly gifted, intuitive and a very compassionate human being and physician. I feel grateful to have found him and will be a lifelong patient for sure.

I have been seeing Dr. Allen now for over 4 years and could not be more grateful and blessed with my choice.I find the staff ablsolutely fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.My phone calls, emails are always answered promptly.Never been more satisfied to spend my money on an excellent doctor who cares and cures.S.T.

I would avoid any of this guys recommendation on hormone therapy for women over age of 65. My mother developed breast cancer shortly after he put her on estrogen treatments. Perhaps it's a coincidence, but I would avoid this guy like the plague. The person conducting the mammogram asked if she had undergone hormone therapy since her last one, because it was obvious that there were a lot of changes on her scans. Beware, and David - you should be more careful with your hormone prescriptions.
