I have been a patient of DR. Reena Jacob for at least 5 years. I find her to be very calm, kind, understanding and thorough. She has a lovely manner and never rushes through your appointment. Her office is very clean and all her office staff are wonderful. I could not recommend her highly enough.

Dr. Jacob was very thorough and friendly. She takes our insurance. Took my kids here already since I didn't want to bring them to their pediatrician anymore. Their ages are 17 and 18. My daughter needed to fill out forms for her employmentI, was able to get an appointment right away that day. Luckily there was a cancellation. Don't know this is like this overtime you book for an appointment.The front desk staff are friendly too.

I would not recommend Dr. Jacobs. If you ever see her smile call me immediately and I'll pass out. She is abrupt and in order to get a response with any appropriate information regarding ones condition you have to ask and ask. I just got off the phone with her. I've been her patient for a few years now. A doctor sent her a Cat Scan to review. I also have a copy of it. She did call, I'll give her that. But all she did was read the report to me and I already know what it says. The question is what to do? She then said I'll see you in the office and hung up...while I was in mid sentence. She did not turn me over to her receptionist to make an appointment. And you know what...I'm glad because Dr. Reena Jacob is not the doctor for me. All that she has every prescribed is a medication that is advertised on television. It's sad. Good luck Dr. Jacob and good-bye.
