Dr Joseph Bell was the on call doctor when I was in preterm labor. I knew I was in labor..I was having contractions and I was leaking amniotic fluid. I was only 22 weeks and when I made the call doctor Bell told me to lay down and “ice my stomach” he did NOT want me coming to the hospital. If I was stupid enough to listen I would have had my son at home. I was FOUR centimeters dilated when I got to the hospital an hour after I made the call. Dr Bell then sent another doctor in to see me because he knew what he did wrong. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to see him. What a rude, unkind “doctor” he is. I wouldn’t trust him with a fish.

Dr. Bell and the staff at St. Luke’s MFM could not have been more caring and compassionate at my recent ultrasound in which they had to deliver the news no expecting mother wants to hear. They really made an awful situation better by being kind and compassionate and for that, I will forever be grateful. Thank you Dr. Bell and sonographer Audrey.
