Kendra O Davis's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient of Dr. Davis for years. She is very knowledgable and takes the time to listen. I am never rushed through my appt. She is friendly, never egotistical, and I have found every nurse thus far to be kind and friendly. I have never felt belittled or unimportant at this practice. I have never, in all the years I've been with this practice, had a problem with billing. The last "emergency" visit I had was about two years ago, I called first thing in the morning and reported I was quite sure I had strep throat. I was able to get an appt to be seen that morning. The ONLY problem I should mention is that in Feb. of '09, I had an adverse reaction to a new med I was taking. I called the office as soon as I woke up that morning and found their office hours on their answering machine. I called again the minute their office was supposed to be open, but didn't get an answer for about 30 mins. Possible the office hrs. had changed but the machine wasn't updated. Definitely recommend!

This is an average doctor's office. Dr. Davis is very friendly but the staff is not very polite. It's almost as though they enjoy and take great pleasure in knowing that you have to do what they say and work around them. They mess up my billing almost everytime I'm there and then refuse to fix it, I have to do it myself. The office has ridiculous hours. They don't answer the phone even when they're in and sometimes the office is open for a full day even though there isn't a doctor on duty. They don't try to fit you in if you call in the morning with a cold or flu. Appointments need to be made at least a month in advance...something I don't understand because a lot of people wake up not feeling well from time to time. I put up with it, however, because I enjoy seeing Dr. Davis. She always takes her time with me and allows me to express all of my concerns. I would be completely satisfied with this doctor's office if only they would hire office help that is more friendly and knowledgable.
